How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Standard shipping for bikes usually takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a final safety inspection before being packed in our heavy-duty transit boxes.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step assembly guide in every box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. For safety reasons, helmets must be returned with all original tags and no signs of wear.
Do Antic Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?
While we are primarily an online store, we offer a 14-day 'Right to Ride' trial. If you aren't satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return the bike for a full refund, minus a flat-rate shipping fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for qualifying purchases.
